Old Ghosts Designs 1994 Hollywood Lost Slide Portrait Series Glittery Stickers. (luckily they weren't thrown away by accident, or on purpose in the past)  

Here's another iPhone shot from a slide, using an iPad as a light table. The slide is stamped July 1994. The original artistic photography was taken by John A. Grigley in Hollywood, California. I don't remember this model's name, unfortunately. Rikki Rockett introduced us, she was looking for unique photos. I remember her being very quiet, we did get some good shots.
